My friend is diagonised with two moderate ulcers in her stomach and it was sent for biopsy ,?

the biopsy result says: features are suggestive of mALT lymphoma (NHL of mucosa associated lymphoid tissue -low grade.
IHC for CD 20 recommend for confirmation.

1.IS THIS ANYTHING LIKE CANCER
2. IS THERE ANY LIFE RISK
3.CAN IT BE COMPLETELY CURED.

MALTomas are one of the highly curable neoplasms. The doctor will have to do further tests to make sure it's only in the stomach, but, at best, your friend might need antibiotics and possibly radiation therapy.

The picture in the article below looks awful, but relax, because if it's a MALToma, it's very, very treatable.
