Warts, Genital warts? or what?

Question: Hi, ive got these flat brown spots in my pubic area which are about the size of a 20 cent piece, and a few little ones on the head of my penis. they kind of look like warts but they are flat.
i also have similar looking ones just under my chest. so i had a look on the internet and all that came up was genital warts, but im a virgin and have had no sexual contact with anyone. what do you think it could be?

The truth is that spots on the penis are very common and most are nothing to worry about. You already know you don't have an STD because you never had sex. Chances are your spots are just areas of pigmentation or possibly flat moles. However, to be on the safe side, I suggest you see a urologist for a check up. There is no way to diagnose what they are without seeing them...even a doctor can't do that. Please see a doctor.
