Yes it can but not the mixture.Alcohol can do it by it self because it raises blood pressure & if heavy drinking is involved it can just kill you from alcohol poisioning.Marijuana not at all
Why should you ever want to do such a stupid thing? You know that alcohol is a depressant and weed helps you on the way to insanity so why endeavor to shorten or damage your life. Grow up and learn to love life for what it is.a wonderful gift.
weed causes a crash in blood pressure like a feeling of low blood sugar alcohol will bring u back up like the munchies but they are dangerous moderation.!
