Forehead Breakout...?
Question:
Answers:
EXFOLIATE first! Just get a cheap exfoliating scrub form the drugstore and use it to unclog the pores (one of the main reasons why the zits are there).
Best plan it to just wait for it to go away and don't touch it because the bacteria from your hands could make it worse.
This happened to me before, but a lot worse: I spent the summer in New York and I went swimming by the Atlantic Ocean near the Hamptons. The water was so dirty and I got about 40 zits on my forehead from that. Seriously! I made my little sister count and she got so disgusted by the end! I looked like the Elephant man!
When I came back to Canada, I just went to the clinic and I got this cream from the pharmacy to help get rid of zits. My face cleared up in about a week, but it became sensitive to the sun.
Anyway, I found that Proactiv Solution works and it cleared my skin up in about 4 days. The cleanser and toner don't do much (just buy a cheap gentle cleanser and alcohol-free toner from the drugstore) but it's the repairing lotion that actually works. It's a lot cheaper to buy that on its own at the mall too.
When I had all those zits on my forehead, I tried to use toothpaste. It doesn't really work and it contains menthol, which can ruin or help your skin. Don't try it if you have sensitive skin, because it burns it.
Also, remember to not get your hair products on your skin because the product on your bangs will get on your skin and clog the pores.
