yes i would like to start out to say this is a pain in the butt thing but anyways ive had it for awhile and just recently started putting lamisil on it for a couple days and it will go away and then like ile stop and it will come back the next week but my question is how many times do i have to put it on or how many days in a row to make sure i kill it cause i cant tell cause the spots go away after a few days i just dont want it to come back a week later this time cause im getting ready to go to the beach and dont wanna look like a leapor you know but its rediculas i have it on my back and chest so takes a tube every 2 days and its 12$ a tube but please respond

good food, enough sleep and exercise, no smoking, no alcohol (all this so that your immune system has the best chance to fight off any disease)
then a practical approach is to use selsum blue (a shampoo for dandruff, ask at the pharmacy) you put it on all over where the problem is (but extend about an inch beyond the borders) latter it a little and then let it dry, leave it on for about 5 min and then rinse off, you should not do it more often than once a week if at all.
some people reccomend to leave ot over night but i can not tell you that is a right thing to do.
