It might sound crazy, but every since I cleaned up my diet (cut out all refined carbs and all sugar) my eczema has gone away. I have had one minor breakout (very minor) in the last three years and that's it.
Other than that, see your doctor. I used to get a cream that would help.
put lotion on it that usally helps. but sometimes if you itch too much you will take the pigments out and it will not tan over. i have that problem. there is also a otc medicine eldel which helps.hope it works
