Psoriasis in the summer?

Ok, it clears up bigtime in summer, but I still don't like wearing short sleeves when I go out, so I'm constantly wearing long sleeves... Only my husband mom dad sister know what I'm going through, my question is how do people react when you tell them what it is when they spot it on you? I'm hanging out with new people & I know they are wondering whats up with my long sleeves in summertime, I just feel uncomfortable saying, Well everyone what I have is bla bla bla. I don't want to announce it, this just really sucks! Anyone thoughts are input is welcome.
