what exactly are you talking about? There are multiple things that you could be referring to... canker sores, cold sores, fever blisters, etc.
brush your teeth every evening before sleeping and after every meal.
It could either be cold sores or mouth ulcers. For cold sores use, Zovirax and for mouth ulcers swill some warm salty water around in your mouth and expel the liquid.
