Flexitol Heel Balm. Best thing ever! It's called heel balm but you can use it on your whole foot. They have it in most major chain pharmacies in the foot care section.
Lubriderm, or vaseline.
vasaline and socks.
you have to keep up on them like file them its a pain but when its done your feet are soo smooth but you have to do it weekley use vasilene or a foot cream it might take awhile to get them in shape but it will work if you let it go it could end up hurting you more.
Use sandals around the house on carpets.
Here are two things that work:
Apply a thick layer of Vaseline to your feet every night. Put on a pair of socks and sleep in them. Apply another thin layer of Vaseline before you put your socks and shoes on for the day.
There is also a product called Zimm's Crack Cream. You can buy it at pharmacies and my patients tell me it works wonders.

Soak you feet, then use a pumice stone on your feet and heels. Moisturize with Gold Bond Cracked Feet lotion, put on socks to lock in lotion. I did this overnight and within a few days my feet were better.
There's a trick I know, it's the only thing that ever really cures the cracks in my feet:
In 3 or 4 days this will heal up the cracks. You make a mixture of cooked oatmeal, honey, lard and an egg yolk (exact quantities don't really matter, approx 1/3 cup, 2 tablespoons, 1 tablespoon and 1, respectively.) Put this on your feet, then put your feet in plastic bags with socks over them (to hold the bags in place.) Sleep with this mixture for 3 or 4 nights in a row and it will heal them right up.
After that you can sleep with vaseline and socks to keep the cracks from returning.
