Why nuns beciome bad cancer patients?

Question:
many nuns have poor coping skills

Answers:
thats not funny, people take the news of cancer differently, how can you make a joke of it, my mum had breast cancer and put a brave face on,she was so calm on the outside, but deep down i know it was breaking her heart, the same as it was to me,thankfully for my mum,me and the rest of the family she has been given the all clear. thankfully for you she has, because otherwise the answer i would be giving you, would not be nice,i'd most probably get reported, get a life!
And you know this because.???

Seriously, I find that people often reflect our own attitudes back to us. How they react reflects how we initially respond to them. Maybe you should try a little more compassion; you might get good results.
Nuns are human beings like everyone else & probably cope in the same way. What have you based your question on.Also I am an atheist.
Your a sad Muppet. Go a visit some cancer suffers at your local hospital I don't think you'll find that funny!
Once again I see you put a lot of thought into your question...
no sex does that to a person we are made to reproduce so be fruitfull and multiply!
they are not nice...
i wonder if Joshua above might be correct
Cancer is a filthy disease and if anyone copes 'well' with it I have yet to meet them, Like many many cancer patients I hated being urged to be positive when I was ill; I used to think 'Wait till something is eating your body and trying to kill you and then see how positive you feel'.

What on earth are you basing your absurd claim on?

I find this and your other question about 'beautiful' children having cancer very disturbing; please think before you post - many people with cancer read these boards
As far as other cancers,I'm not sure. But breast cancer in nuns is more common because not having children or breast feeding increases the risk for breast ca.
Clearly you have little real understanding of what it is like to have to deal with cancer, otherwise you would know that everyone - regardless of whether they are a nun or not - has something very difficult to cope with.

Are you suggesting that they should be able to cope better because they have a faith?
