It will wear off in a couple of hours. You may still feel tired, but if you need to take another dose, don't hesitate. The drowsiness usually isn't as bad after the first couple of hours of the first dose.
No way to stop the drowsiness when taking Benadryl. As the day wears on, it will wear off & you will feel more awake.
i rarely had problems with benydral but a LOT of people i know gt super tired or would get some sort of high from it. i would suggest trying to find Nondrowsy medicines.
No, you can't stop the drowsiness so just wait and it will wear off. Next time try taking some Claritin which is not so sedating.
