How to cure forgetfulness?
Question:
Answers:
I don't think that is a specific cure for forgetfulness. But, in the elderly that have dementia, Alzheimer's there is a medication; Aricept. So, are you just forgetful and,you do not have an underlying physical condition?? Being forgetful is not uncommon especially with lifestyles being too busy, too stressed etc. There are several things that can help with remembering things. Write a list of things to do and post reminders on the fridge, in the bathroom, on your nightstand, even in your car. Keep a pen and paper handy to jot down something that you need to remember.Keep a diary of the day's events. You need to establish a routine so that you will have less forget fullness ( hopefully). Best advice, consult with your Doc to rule out an underlying physical or psychological cause. I hope this helps and Good Luck.
Don't know if there's a cure, but sticky note pad papers are a wonderful invention! :)
I forget.
1.put reminders every where, such as if you are trying to remember to wash the dishes, place a sticky note or a paper to the door or another place you will always look at.
2. Put pictures with ideas. Match "do the laundry" with the televison, when you sit down and watch it the pictures will remind you.
Forgetfullness can never be cured, only recieved, but it is easy to fight, for it is normal.
Sleep enough hours, and eat a lot of green leafy vegetables, be outside at fresh air. Your brain cells need oxygen. Take deep breaths when you are at fresh air.
