Go to a doctor and make sure it's not a form of STD (herpes).
Theres nothing I can think of. Try taking either Tylenol or Ibprofuen to deal with the pain. If you can't get to the dr ASAP, I'd go to the ER.

Get yourself to a V.D. clinic immediately. No unprotected sex and preferably none until "pimple" is diagnosed. Could be a genital wart, highly contagious. Do yourself a favour and get it checked out a.s.a.p.
i think you should squeeze it till it pops then put alcohol on it and yes it will burn but that Will take it away for sure.
