I think my daughter has food poisoning? 2 part Question?

Question:

She is nauseated, fever of 100, and a bad headache. Today around noon she ate "Fast Fixins" frozen Chicken Strips, That was all she ate today and about an hour or so after she became nausiated and has been sleeping most the day. Can anyone tell me what I can do for her?
The Frozen Chicken strips are made by Advanced Brands, Oklohoma, OK. 73156. Has anyone heard of any recalls?

Food poisoning doesnt strike that fast. Sounds like a virus, if the vomiting doesnt let up, she can get a Rx for anti vomiting meds from the dr. Try to keep her hydrated with gatorade or pedialyte in the meantime.

You need to get her to a doctor rather then asking people from YouQA.com . Good luck, I hope your daughter feels better:)

She probally has a virus, My son came home today from work with same symptoms,food poision,she will be deathly ill,throwing up,at both ends at the same,trust me Ive had it.Give some tylenol but if you are worried take her to the Dr.

Call the nurse hotline or the ER or a poison control center & they will ask you symptoms & let you know if she needs to be brought in!
