Belly button piercing?
Question:
Answers:
oh god i had the same problem, put neosporn on it three times a day and don't touch it cause that will make it worse, i know this is a short answer but it is simple and it works
=DD
good luck
Clean it with salt water on a three time daily routine and stop twiddling it as this can make it worse
Put some peroxide on it and apply a warm wash towel.
are u sure it's pus?? b/c there will be some kind of drainage it's a wound... and yes it's going to be red and hurt you had a needle stuck through your skin... sea salt spray and it should help...
you can try peroxide on the tip of a q-tip and gently rub around the hole area making sure you get everything off and you will have to to this for awhile before you see any difference =the belly button is a hard place to keep in the air to heal
Same thing happened to me. Do not take it out. Keep it clean with liquid dial soap & water many times a day. Put some neosporin on it & it should clear up nicely on it's own.
are you using surgical steel? yes anti bacterial soap will help while cleaning. be sure your are clean and use neosporin on it.
Warm salty water 3 times a day should do the trick and don't put any creams on it, let your body heal it. By the way it doesn't sound like an infection, it is normal to have a discharge, the redness is caused by having a needle through your skin.
The exact same thing happened to me. Both times I've had my belly button pierced it became infected and I had to take it out. It also moved, for some reason - ended up looking diagnal instead of up and down. I'd try everything and anything you can think of to try and help it to heal, as now I have two piercing scars that look absolutely awful, and I wish I'd never bothered!
do a saltwater mix. Also never clean it with peroxide. Do not take it out!! Make sure the lotion is like Aveeno.
