My son's friends had orange wristbands made for him with his name on it. I wore it for quite awhile but everytime I took my jacket off I ended up launching the band across the room. They're really stretchy and I just couldn't tame it. I keep one, but don't wear it anymore because I don't want to lose it.
I have one on right now, My Brother , and Mother both passed away from cancer. It helps to remind me of the pain they both went thu.
Look on E-Bay for the yellow I think you will find one there I've seen them there before.

I often wear a yellow livestrong bracelet for my friends mom who has cancer. I got mine from a friend who bout alot from ebay.
No, I do not. But I do have a POW/MIA copper bracelet that I wear occasionally.
i wear both in honor of my mother.if you go to a cancer center sometimes they have them.good luck with your friend
