Answers:
My husband was experiencing these symptoms. I took him to the doctor, she diagnosed him with out of control diabetes. With the meds, and diet, he keeps it under control. This may not be what you have, but either way you should see a doctor. They can run tests, and pinpoint your problem.
Hot flashes are usually a sign of infection. See your doctor.
Allergies? See a doctor.
GET CHECKED FOR DIABETES
Change your diet. Include more fresh vegetables and fresh fruits. Increase your water intake to 6 to 8 bottles of pure water every day. For snacks drink organic fruit juices. If you can go to an herb store and buy a couple of ounces of powdered cayenne (chili) powder, as hot as you can get. Put about a quarter to a half a teaspoon in a coffee cup of warm water and over twenty minutes drink it. Do this three times a day between drinking the pure water. Thins the blood, prevents blood clots, which sounds like you have. Strengthens the heart and cleans out several different internal organs. You will never regret it. And don't tell doctor's because they will lie and tell you that cayenne powder hasn't been approved by the medical association. However, it has helped millions of people for thousands of years before American doctors' approved anything. And it is not a harmful prescription drug. At least in my opinion.
