If my dog licks a person with a cold sore, can i get it if my dog licks me hours later?
My roomate has cold sores on her mouth, and about an hour ago she let my dog lick her mouth. Can my dog trasmit the virus to me, and can he get them?

No -- humans and dogs don't have the ability to pass those types of viruses on to one another.
Dogs don't have the ability to carry HSV-1,
and therefore it cannont be passed onto you through your dog.
