I think you may have too much salt intake. Salt stays with you and gets in the ankles and knees. This is called retaining water. Try giving it up for awhile. Try a little bit of sea salt. I heard it is better for you. I love it.
pregnancy,alcoholism, high blood pressure.
you need to see the doctor for that,you could have kidney problems or heart problems,perhaps check to see if you are a diabetic also,i take water pills to help the water retention.
