What do I do about my breakout?

Question:
I usually have acne free skin, but for the past week I've been breaking out REALLY badly on the top part of my forehead and the sides of my face? Why is this? What can I do about it?

Answers:
Most people don't realize that you really do need certain vitamins to help fight off infections like acne. Vitamin B complex 50 is a great way to start helping to fight off any infection before it starts. The big deal of mom's telling their kids to eat their veggies is one thing. The other thing is your good ol' doctor. They have a cream out that you get from the doctor (not store or on line) that works wonders for most. I would try both use the cream from the doctor and start taking vitamins and /or eating veggies high in B everyday. Hopefully by the time you run out of the cream your body will build up a good immune system to fight off the acne infection and other things as well. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
