Lump on my chest?

I actually have a big lump in between my breast (in my breast bones) It is hard as rock and it hurt when I'm touching it. This past few days I'm experiencing chest pain(hard to breath). Sometimes I cough and when I'm cough my chest hurts. I'm not constantly coughing but its been for months. could you give me an idea what should i do or what is it?

If you are an adult this could be cancer so you should see a doctor IMEDIATELY. If you are younger it could just be a breast buddy.(that is what they are called)

male or females can get breat cancer,also some people get what they call fatty tumors.which are not cancer.however and what ever the cause see a doctor.

i have a lump right under my neck,at first the doctors thought i had cancer but later realized it was a fat deposit.its on my back though, but just get it checked out by a doctor before u start to freak out about it

You need to go to your doctor. I don't know exactly what you have going on, but you could have breast cancer, an inflammed lymph node, and infection in your breast bone, etc. I would go Monday to the doctor, at the latest, and if you get increasingly short of breath to the point that you cant breath or develop a fever be sure to go to the ER ASAP.

You should see an oncologist immediately. Do not wait. If this is not cancer, it could be something as simple as a ganglion. These tend to grow and harden over time. But with the symptoms of chest pain, difficulty breathing, and tenderness to touch as well as painful coughing, you would be better served to seek professional medical assistance. I think I know what You are talking about. Its called marfan syndrome. Usually people with it have their sternum buldging out of their chest. This is also called pigeon chest. in some cases the sternum caves in. Presonally I have a pigeon chest and somethimes feel the same way you do, but its really not that bad doctors told me. I hope this helps.

Get it checked by a doctor. There are lymph nodes all over your chest. The swelling is what's giving you the chest pain. You need to know for sure ASAP.
