diarrehea is normal but make sure you drink plenty of fluids to regain and keep hydrated!
yes it happens. All due to hormones and things. Lucky us
Whoa thats a lot of liquid flowing...oooohh wow..IDK...i dont think so?
Some women do have this. Since you have this be sure you keep immodium aka loperimide on hand to take care of this.
This is quite normal for women with endometriosis. Ask your GYN.
Yes
They give me the s.hits too.
Yes. It is totally normal. You may want to take some Immodium (over the counter) or Lomotil (Rx only).
Don't believe an answer from a guy who has never had one. I used to get diarrhea before my periods, now I get constipated. I also used to be hypoglycemic (low blood sugar), and now have flipped and am diabetic (high blood sugar). I don't know if the two things are related.

If you suspect a blood sugar imbalance, or are just curious, check out www.hufa.org for some basic information.
It's common in a lot of people.
It might help, though, to eat some yogurt during that time because yogurt will help keep it from happening again.
Estrogen, which is the chemical in your body that causes you to have a menstrual cycle, causes a lot of other effects as well. It causes you to have less acne, it causes weight loss, it prevents you from growing as much hair as guys, and it also has some negative effects, like causing loose bowel movements, cramping, and low energy. Drink extra water, get a little extra sleep, and excersize.
Why do men think periods are such a joke? Ho ho ho, because it's SO funny feeling awful before and awful during. Ho ho.

I actually have the opposite during my period (I also get cystitis), but I have heard of people getting diarrhea. If you're very worried though, and are getting ill because of it, go and see your doctor (oh, and don't be embarrassed. They hear stuff like that all the time). Good luck!
It's totally normal. The hormones that your body produces to cause the uterus to expel the lining can also affect your intestines, making them expel sooner or more frequently than they normally should. Take an OTC anti-diarrheal, stay hydrated, and eat bananas to keep up potassium levels (potassium is often lost due to diarrhea).
