yesterday night my throat started to hurt on one side very bad..now today i have a fever still with a sore throat and it also feels very swelled and terrible body aches and my nose is also a little stuffy and i also have no appetite i dont want eat or drink do you think this could be the flu or something i need to see the doctor about like maybe strep throat

It could be either... that would take a swab for testing to know 100% if i were you i would go see your doctor... more than likely they will give u an antibiotic to help.
It sounds like step throat to me. You should go to the doctor.
