Acne from stress?

Question:
i'm starting a new school in a day and i feel like my face is about to break out because of stress. what can i do (food, washing my face, etc.) to prevent it?

Answers:
Drink LOTS and LOTS of water. It cleanses the body and clears up skin! if you're taking about a face wash, I've tried all brands pretty much and CETAPHIL is perfect for me.. neutrogena worked for a year and then stopped working, and proactiv is terrible for me... the "regimen" that works best for myself is just drinking lots and lots of water every day and using cetaphil to wash my face, and my skin always feels clean. and don't stress out too much. there's what, at least 600-700 other kids at your school who feel exactly like you do.
use neutrogena oil free acne wash
i agree dont use proactiv it just made mine worse . however it could be hives instead of acne cuz ppl get hives from stress hives r just like acne cept sometimes they itch
Acne or pimples are usually a result of hormonal changes and an irregular and increased production of oil by the sebaceous glands. An excellent remedy for pimples or acne-prone skin can be made by mixing 1 teaspoon ground cloves with 2 tablespoons fullers earth and ice water. When you wash your face, use sugar to scrub it, at least once a day, for two weeks to rid yourself of acne. Check out http://sumiram2006.googlepages.com/acne2... for more useful info.
Try to relax, stress really contributes to acne and will only make it worse. Avoid sodas, sweets, cakes, etc and drnk plenty water. It will help to flush impurities from your body.
