my mom is a pharmacits and see said a lot of the young girls, the techs, would put vitamin E on their pimples.
well, she said to just clean ou skin and put a small amount of vitamin E oil (you can find it at a hair supply store or walgreens, walmart, cvs, etc...) and you should see pretty good results, it will start to heal without scarring, wich for african skin is a godsend. i have been puttin gvitamin E on my face every night for about a week now, and it really is amazing. my skin is softer and smoother. i dont have pimples, but if i get any i will be using the vit. Vitamin e is a good suggestion so is applying a little pressure with a cotton ball with a dab of peroxide - just hold it there and hope it clots -
apply the e at bed time.
