The best that I have tried is Proactive. It is very gentle and also has a really good moisturizer that you can buy with spf in it. I've tried all the generic ones, and the only one that works is Klear Action. By using these, your acne should get better within a few weeks and is a lot cheaper that visiting a dermatologist. I actually went to a dermatologist and used everything he told me to. My acne NEVER went away. Trust me, these products WORK!
