I've somehow contracted a allergin over the last couple of years and its realllly starting to get on my nerves.I usually get excessive drainage and respitory congestion.Help! It seems like its been coming every season and i live in texas if that helps. Ive been to the doctor for it and had a blood test taken and they said i had a realy high amount of a alergen but they couldnt find out what...(wtf!)

Answers:
Well i live in texas to and i have severe allergies you are proablly severly allergic to dust i recommend to not have pets inside get rid of your carpets your curtains and buy allergenic air filters and a allergy pillow and dust often but not with one of those feather dusters get a rag dip it in clorox and wipe all the dust there is.
I don't know if this really helps but I was reading up on some info. online about natural remedies for colds. I happen to read up on coughs/chest congestion. Take a whole smashed garlic and soak it a bit in olive oil for about 30 minutes. Take the oil and apply it to both of your feet. Wear a sock and go to sleep. The next morning, your breath should smell like garlic but that's a good sign because it means the garlic was absorbed through your body to your lungs. Supposely garlic is good for your lung to fight away bacterial fungi, etc. and it's also good for high blood pressure if eaten. Hopefully then, you will not have any more congestions.
Hope this helps.
Why does it have to be a home remedy?

You should speak to an allergist about this. I don't know what you mean by 'a blood test'--if you were tested for reactivity to specific allergens, then if one showed a strong response they should know which one.

The newer medications for allergy (from your question, it sounds like this is a seasonal allergy, like hay fever?) have very low side effects and work quite well. You do want to be taking them throughout the allergy season. The whole idea is to prevent the congestion and drainage in the first place.

Some people do seem to 'outgrow' allergies; some can tolerate the allergen if they're around it all the time; some are just miserable every spring if they don't take medication. If you move, you may find you aren't reactive to the pollens in your new environment, but that's kind of extreme.
