I have a heart murmur and mitral valve prolaps (MVP). I avoided a lot of caffine and tried to keep my blood pressure down. My heart has now corrected itself and I know longer have to take med's for the murmur or the MVP.
caffeen and other stimulants that contain alot of suger.
nothing, as long as your doctor is aware and keeps an eye on it during annual checkups, you can do whatever activity you can tolerate and eat a regular diet.
I've had one for years and have not been told to avoid anything but a lot of caffeine. I take meds for high blood pressure and once a year I wear a halter monitor for 48 hours and do an EKG to stay on top of it... but that's all.
