1 year! what to do?

Moisturize. Now, the best moisturizer available (in terms of effectiveness, price, lack of side-effects) is Vaseline. Don't waste your good money on anything else. Put it on after the evening shower: it will lock in the moisture.
For the dry hair I can't recommend anything: just plain don't know.
moisturizing lotion and conditioner
get some good moisturing cream for your arms and put in on twice a day for a few day, and / or have a bath with epsom salt.
Get a hair mask, or use conditioner and leavew it in your hair for about 5 mins ( it works when i go swimming like 4 times a week)
After you wash your face in the morning use a toner and moisterizer ( go light on the moisturizer though) also to keep it from drying out you can get a mist for your face to keep things moist ( i get mine from Caryl Baker Visage).
To get rid of the blotchiness use some concealer and face powder.
Goldbond and Pantene.
Lotion.
- for the dry arms, use a nice lotion every day. not some oily victoria secret lotion, i mean like vasiline healing lotion.
- for hair, make sure you properly condition every night. wring the water out of your hair and massage in the conditioner from ends to the roots. leave it in for like 5 minutes and rinse. a hair salon can also deep condition your hair with special products.
- blotchy dry skin on face, check out my 360 blog. i have a miracle honey and aspirin mask that has done wonders to everyone who has tried it, up side is that it costs like $3 for the aspirin and honey and you can get all the stuff at CVS for like $30
- i also have a cheap way to whiten teeth.
- you may want to start walking around with a book on your head, to teach yourself to walk with good posture.
- acrylic nails and french pedicures are always cute and make you seem clean and nice. the first thing a person notices subconciously is the other persons hands.
