Try something with cleansing beads, to really soften and cleanse your skin.

Antibacterial soaps are no good.
They're all pretty much the same. However, I'd avoid the anti-bacterial kind as they are a bit harsh and no one really needs anti--bacterial protection for their bodies. If you have itchy or dry skin, I'd try one with aloe or oatmeal to soothe it. There are some "moisturizing body washes" that supposedly don't dry your skin out, but it isn't absorbed by the skin, so they're not going to help much.

Look for moisterising body washes that should state on the packaging that they contain no soap and one with a PH balance. Soap dries the skin out and while the moisterising body wash want absorb it is always good to moisterise after showering to help prevent dry skin.
