Question:
Well, I was originally supposed to have a study hall and get a doctor's note for my eczema which covers over half of my body. My mom wants me to try out P.E. first and then we'll get a doctor's note if I get a breakout. She wants that because she thinks that the school counselors and such think I just want a free study hall and not have to do anything physical... so I mind as well face the music :) Anyone have any personal experience on tips I can use during P.E. to maybe keep cool or something?
Answers:
i have really, really, really bad eczema all over my body - it hurt like mad, bit i was fit, suck it up and do p.e. it will be better for your body anyway - sorry i'm being so blunt, but the truth is near
P.E. in itself is good. For you, as long as you are an eczema sufferer, it is good only as long as you don't get hot and sweaty. Play it cool. And, since you must've tried many remedies for eczema with no avail, try another one which proved effective for many: Champori Cream and Spray. It's herbs' based, and won't do any harm. They offer money back if it's not working, so the money is not an issue, either. Good luck, and don't let eczema stand between you and the joys of physical exertion (it - a phys. exert. is a thing in itself so to speak)
Good luck to you.
