Answers:
Your stressed out and the anxiety attacks does just that, something scared you or made you feel not quite right..so your body reacts in such a way.I would put your mind some place else and drink some water and breathe some fresh air.I have recently began anxiety attacks and no its not good. I once had an attack so bad that my entire body shook like i was really cold. That scared me shitless. So try and relax and keep yourself in good situiations and do tell yor doc.
theres no real way to know until your blood work comes back
maybe its low blood sugar
You're lightheaded because your not breathing properly.
Try to relax yourself and take slower deeper breaths, that will help the oxygen get back.
idk. Maybe you should call your doctor or go to the ER.
It could be lots of things. It could be a chronic sinus infection or an inner ear issue, or a blood pressure issue...so many things.
Listen to your doctors, and tell them anything that happens to your body or any changes that you feel. They are the only ones that can help you at this point. Just hang in there!

You may be having a panic attack. If you think it may be a more seroius thing going on, then go to the emergency room, or call 911.
Do you starve yourself? Not eating to try to conform to the ficticious output of society (ex whats considered skinny and fat, healthy and not) is possibly doing it. I don't now you and I am just taking a stab in the dark here. Try eating foods high in nutrition and have a lower calroie intake.
If you've been told that it's anxiety, have you considered going to a psychiatrist? That's the one that can give you help and any anti-anxiety medication that can help you through this.. There's nothing "wrong" with you - but panic attacks make your heart beat faster, bring on feelings of faintness, sweat, etc. Good luck and get to that shrink!
your hypochondria is getting even YOU dizzy.
I would consult with your physician. You are probably feeling this light headedness due to hyperventilation. Try to relax and slow your breathing down. Some people do the old paper bag trick where you just breath in an out till you slow down your breath.
if they took blood then that probably why, that normal, i do the same thing, the best thing to do would be drink a cold glass of water and lay down for a few minutes then when you feel fine again then go on with what ever you was doing, and maybe you should eat something sweet incase it your sugar droping
Fainting and dizziness are sometimes associated with poor circulation and/or a lack of blood flow to the brain.
Make a note of when the episodes occur (and what you were doing at the time) and keep a log. This will be most helpful to your doctor. Young people like yourself should not be feeling light-headed without a reason, so collect as much info. as you can. Take care.
