Answers:
Maybe you have a huge worm in your stomach!

you might need surgery!!

Yay!
AIDS
these meds are a treatment, the ulcer is not goint to get cured in one day it will take at least a couple weeks before its starts healing if this is an ulcer, ask your doctor for a blood panel test, check your liver, pancreas, gallbladder, and if you did have unprotected sex then get a HIV test if you are concerned this could have caused the stomach pain which i doubt.ask your doctor for a upper GI series test, which checks your esophagus, stomach and small intestine.
A lack of meucus can be missing from your stomach. It always produces, so dont worry.

If it's a worm, you WILL need medication or surgery, and fast, before it starts taking nutrients from you.
then go back to the doctors and have them try again or give the medication a longer
why do people ask serious medical questions on this website when they should be seeing a doctor
(or in this case...see him again)
Sounds to me, from the symptoms, like it might be ulcers.
Ulcers are caused by a bacteria & medication taken, will not heel the ulcer in a day. It'll take time, so be patient. Smoking is a no no when one has an ulcer, so give it up if you want your ulcer & pain to cease. Be smart & never ever have sex unless you wear a condom. I doubt that the pain you're feeling has anything to do with what you may have picked up from your partner. To relieve your mind, get tested for STD right away. Do not self administer yourself any herbs/meds for an ulcer. Stay away from hot & spicy foods & stick to soft foods for a while until your ulcer heals.
Sounds to me like your headaches may be caused by the stress of worrying about what you may or may not have. Keep taking the meds for a while and see if it goes away. If it doesn't, go see your doc again, but I have a feeling he's right.
