Help on plantar warts..?

Question:
i have some lesions on my heel, that aren't painful. but i have some on the side of my foot that hurt a LOT when i walk. is there anything i can do to relieve the pain??

Answers:
I had plantar warts with DEEP roots. I've had them since I was very young, and they wouldn't go away for love nor money, no matter what I did.

I got rid of them by putting salicytic acid stuff on it. It was the kind that comes in a solid stick, and has a very high percentage of it. Check the labels. The higher the percentage the better. Follow label instructions. If it says to put a band-aid over it, put duct tape. Band-aids never stayed on my feet, but duct tape did. When the skin gets all white and dead, sand it off with a stone foot sander. This should make it go away. There is also the "freeze-away" stuff you can buy now, and it's at-home cryotherapy. It works for a lot of people, so try it too.

It didn't work for mine, so what I had to do was instead of sanding it with the stone foot sander I had to cut the dead skin out with a penknife.

I have to say it hurt, there were days when I couldn't walk, but it freed me from warts even a dermatologist couldn't touch, but ONLY use this as a last resort. The other ways out there should work just fine. If you can't get it gone by yourself, see a dermatologist. I was desperate and stupid and I'm surprised I didn't get an infection or worse.
Believe it or not, DUCT TAPE, Keep wart covered with duct tape.
Remove them with acetylsalycilic acid that you can get OTC at the drug store..
not sure of the pain

to get rid of them

buy that stuff at the pharmacy, put some on it, then peel em off

repeat as many times as you have to, or have a doc freeze em off
Compound W works to remove warts and the instructions on the box are easy to understand, I am in the middle of treating some with Compound W at the moment.
If you need to make sure it is a plantar wart(which is caused by a virus), go to google images and type in "plantar wart." They look white and calluse-like with tiny black dot(s). The dot's contain blood.
Heels and balls of people's feet are most affected by these warts due to the pressure of standing. If they come back after the home treatment, I would go to a doctor. But if you're still not sure about this after you look up the images on google, I would make an appointment to have them looked at.
duct tape... it actually works. Well pretty much anything works, it just has to cover the wart so that air doesn't get to it. Also keep the area dry. Warts survive on 2 things air and water... so get rid of those 2 things and your warts are gone

peace
Without knowing what exactly they are, I can't really give you any advice except.

Band Aid makes these special band aids for blisters. They are padded & kind of rubbery. And Dr. Scholl's makes this stuff called foot glide that is for planters warts (if that's what you have for sure). I wouldn't use this if they are open sores or anything.

But use either of those until you can get an appointment to keep your shoes from rubbing & causing you more pain.

Below are the sites for both in case you want to get more info or see what the stuff looks like.

Good luck!
