Does dairy intake effect your hormones resulting in acne?

I know milk and other dairy products have hormones but im thinking will my acne get better if i dont eat dairy?help!

Yes, it does have some effect on your skin. You don't have to cut it out completley, but it makes a MAJOR difference if you you do. I suggest soy milk and frozen yogurt if our really craving it. Good luck with everything, I'm 15 years old, and I still struggle with acne myself!
too much dairy is known for adding to certain types of acne.
Replace it with water for a while and see if this is the case for you.
Try seing a dietician and getting on a good diet if yours is not balanced
Aacne can be caused by many things,
things that might improve the situation are
drinking lots of water
keeping your hair off your face
stay away from greasy fried foods
stay away from sweets and chocolate bars
wash your face with a good cleaner at least twice daily and usea good astringent toner also
after exercise wash face well with soap and water
Do not wear heavy makeup or moisturizers on your face..
keep your hands off your pimples
get your period on a regular schedule
get your doc to start you on a acne regimen. make sure you see a dermatologist for this.

Too much hormones and other chemicals in the dairy foods, especially milk. Don't think that you drink milk good for your health.
