What is the best acne cream?

Question:

If you have tried all of the over the counter products and nothing has worked, I would reccommend going to a dermatologist and asking for an oral medication such as minocyclin, along with a topical like benzaclin or retinA micro. I went on a dual program like that and at first, my skin was made a little dry. Afterwards though, I havent broken out what-so-ever. Proactive didn't work for me but it may for you. Good luck!
pro active
I actually find topical zinc applied at bed time, works far better than any acne cream.
i have acne and right now I'm using clean n' clears' prevent break out face wash and it's making a really good difference to my skin!
SPECTRO GEL. amazing stuff. its the vanishing cream, works very well. almost over night!
Good old Noxema, day and night and leave some on during the day and watch your diet. No Sweets.

Change your pillow case regularly and keep your hands out of your face and wrap your hair up out of your face at night.

But the quckest and easiest, which didn't exist when I was being called "Bumps"...my son went and go a infection prescription from his doctor.
Purell, the hand sanitizing gel. Wash your face with Neutrogena bar soap (use a bar for your face only, not for any other purpose), then rub Purell all over your face and neck, then rub a face cream with aloe vera as an active ingredient all over your face and neck, may burn first couple times, but it not only clears up acne but prevents it from forming. Avoid getting the Purell in your ears, eyes, nose, and mouth.
