If you are Iron deficient then these numbers could be low so you will need iron supplements. If you carry genes that has thalassemia, then you do not need to take iron. But if not, there needs to be cause for iron deficiency anemia and teh treatment and the work-up is different for males and females.
you might check with your doctor about having a vestibular test done on your ears a problem in that area can cause dizziness and vomiting because it did with me I had a tear in my middle-ear at the time.
