Is this a brain tumor?

The headache, speech problem, and tingles sounds like a simple partial seizure. Lots of things can trigger them such as fatigue, flashing lights, etc.
You should talk with your doctor about it.
Probably not, you could have a pinched nerve or anything, if you are that worried go to your doctor. I pinched a nerve in my neck and it my hand really tingly and made me have horrible headache, I thought my eyes would pop out they hurt so much. I went to the chiropractor and after one adjustment they stopped, so did the tingling.
I really don't know, and i don;t think you can honestly trust anyone from here with this. This is something you need to check right away. Book an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible, because this could be something very small, or it could be serious. Don't be scared though, just calm down, and you'll find out soon what's wrong. GO SEE A DOCTOR
Look if you seriously think it is a tumor then you should tell a doctor what is happening, not random people on the internet.
No one could tell you for sure based on the fact that you had a head ache, you can't speak well, and you're starting to tingle. More than likely, those aren't a symptom of colon cancer, but who knows.
If you are really concerned about it, then go to the doctor. No one here can help you all that much. Even doctors would have to run tests to be certain, those symptoms could mean countless things, and not all are medically related.
stroke.org will list the symptoms of stroke. I suggest you check it out.
