Can medicine against brain tumors b dangerous?

My best friend Josh had brain surgery last year n was very lucky 2 come out alright. He's seeing a girl that says that she's pregnant by him. Can the medicine he's taking b dangerous 4 the baby his gf is carrying?
Serious answer pls.Lets leave all that childish b-havior on the side!

The medicine he's taking is probably either an anti-seizure medication or a steroid (to control swelling in the brain). There is no medicine that treat's a brain tumor directly, only the symptoms from the tumor or surgery.
He should ask his doctor about the risk to any child he fathers, or have him read the paperwork that comes with the meds. It will be listed there.

i guess it could be possible. get the name of the medicine and research it, more than just asking other people, try talking to him, or his doctor

Id be more concerned about the hereditary nature of cancer to the child than the medication hes taking. If she was taking the meds id be more worried.
