Can anyone tell me what the best abrasive is to get dirt blotches off that are set in your skin?

Question:
I know it sounds gross but I have dirt blotches on my skin like mainly on my back where it was hard to reach in the shower. I didnt shower as much when growing up in puerto rico, which i now regret. I have tried different skin exfoliators and none of them really work. I scrub my back after showering and some dirt comes off but not much. Does anyone know of any other remedies or abrasives that will help me scrub the dirt off? Please no jokes as this is embarassing to post. thank you

Answers:
You can get loofahs that have long handles on them so you can reach your back easily. Look in supermarket or toiletries store such as Priceline. I am not sure where you are so don't know if you have one near you.
They work quite well, they exfoliate your skin. Take off the dead skin cells so it should take care of your blotches as well.
Good luck
Hello
Have you try microdemabrasion? I mean they are new kits that will work in the body and you might want to try that, get one of those long rotating brushes, like the spin spa, ( I know it sounds lame but it does work) , I started using it because I have very dry skin and could not reach to some parts in my back, and it does works well, they sell them in pharmacies like cvs, now the microdemabrasion kit you have to buy seperatly.
I hope it works!

Man for that you need to get some white alcohol and rub yourself with it and will come off
When I had similar problems while working with tar and asphalt we used GoJo hand cleaner. It is a gel and has no real abrasive results but it does an excelent job of deep cleaning your skin. Have someone help you with it and a sponge on your back.
