At night before I go to sleep, my eyes seem to flicker as though lights are being turned off and on.?


Question:
Sometimes staring at my ceiling, or around the room at bedtime, I often experience shadows in my eyesight, or my vision seems to flicker, as though lights are being turned on and off.
I am Diabetic, and wonder if this has to do with my nerves.
