I sweat too much! Help?

Question:
My armpits, and my hands too. I have tried pretty much all the deodorants! I currently have "Secret Clinical Strength" and it doesn't even work for me.

It's embarressing. I can't even shake someone's hand.

I know about botox, and other treatments, but I'm sure its very expensive.

Does anyone know some inexpensive ways to help this, or minimize the amount I sweat?

Any "at-home" things I can use??

Please!!

I've the perfect over-the-counter powder for you!
It's called Zeasorb. You can get a large plastic container of it for about $11. It won't be on the shelf, usually. You have to ask the phamacy counter person for it.
There are two kinds..one red print (regular) and one in blue print. The one in blue print is for athlete's foot and is medicated.
I use the red-printed one. I put it under my arms on top of my anti-perspirant and it works great.
I'm thinking it would also work for your hands, because it really works for my feet.
Try it!
This may very well be something a doctor needs to look at. There is a disorder that causes this and is treatable by prescription medication only.
the doctor will know but you could try some organic deodorant at a health store or some drugstores. Also, you could use BAN i use it and its really good! good luck! I fell for you
You can buy sweat shields to put in your clothing which will help stop the sweat from showing under your armpits, as for your hands, wipe them on your trousers before shaking someones hand.
Certain Dri is the only thing that really works for me. You put it on the night before, and it works perfectly.
As for the hands, I don't know what to tell you - I'd check with my physician or dermatologist.
It's called hyperhidrosis and I share your misery. I can't think of the websites name off hand but if you enter "excessive sweating" (AKA diaphoresis) in your browser you will come up with several sites that specialize in this...including support groups. Good luck.
