ok so i have pectus carniatum.. and in order to fix it i need to wear a brace// this brace has to bars of metal. to fix the brace on my chest... recently i have 4 circles (not really circles but yea) of red dots... the most they do is itch.. but they dont itch that much anymore.. and i notice that they are near where the metal is.. and when i sleep with the brace on the metal probably touches the skin.. i can live with the itch.. should i talk to my doctor or what

I would ask your doctor for sure. But could it be possible that the metal is not clean. perhaps it wasn't properly sterilized, or something is coating it?

It isn't referred to as an allergy - altho I can't figure why. It's termed as a dermatological sensitivity. At any rate, it happens. For some it is worse than others. Try sticking some mole skin or some type of fabric on it where it touches your skin. Clear nail polish works, but only for short term.
To stop the itching now, you can try hydrocortisone cream.
