My legs are always ice cold by taking bisoprolol for 5 mths and come off clopidogrel for last 2mths any help?

Question:
history of coronary heart disease for ten years

Answers:
There are 2 likely causes. The first is, despite the fact that bisoprolol is a highly selective beta-blocker, it may still be producing peripheral vasoconstriction, giving you cold extremities. This would need to be tested by stopping and perhaps replacing your bisoprolol.

The second, and perhaps more serious possibility is that you have similar disease in you peripheral arteries as in your heart, i.e. you have peripheral vascular disease as well as coronary heart disease.

Both possibilities require you to chat to your GP.
Patients on blood thinners typically experience cold intolerance. However, if your lower exteremities are ice cold all the time, you probably have poor circulation and tissue perfusion. It's time to see your doctor again.
