What does it mean if a blood test come with a high LYMPH 50.2 and slight anisocytosis, and slight microcytosi?

Anisocytosis has to do with the size of the blood cells and micro means they are small. With a high white count you would normally think viral infection. It could of course be something worse but viral infection would be the most likely.
