Skin flapper ? Flap? my gyn doc called this "new" (at the time) on the inside "lips" told not to worry

Question:
what is it why did i get it and it seems easy to tear off and i want to or snip it .. can not afford doctor can i tie dental floss or strand of hair

Answers:
i know the feeling - after having my child - lets just say it never looked the same -
I have a 'flap' as you put it - and honestly the only one who notices it, is me - my boyfriend could care less
but the feeling of wanting to rip it off, pluck it off, pinch it off constantly crosses my mind, but then again its not like i sit in front of a mirror and criticize my privates - its a passing thought
if you do do something about it yourself - make sure to keep it clean to avoid infection - but you should really go to a doctor for this
WTF? I'm thinking Arby's
Whoa! I'd get a second opinion - sounds like it could be genital warts!
You said you went to see a GYN so why didnt you ask him/her your questions? Don't go using dental floss or snipping anything off of your body. It's dangerous and in some cases you can bleed way too much and or get a bad infection.
DO NOT DO SOMETHING YOURSELF!! There is heavy blood flow to the genital areas and you will bleed a long time. Something like that needs to be done by a professional. Go to an planned parenthood place if you can not afford it!
