If your eyelid doesn't close, you should get an eyepatch to cover your eye when you go outside and when you go to sleep (you could also tape on a piece of gauze). Without the ability to blink, you need to do something to avoid getting dirt or dust in your eye.
You might also need some artifical-tears eyedrops. This is just saline that you drop in your eye to keep it from getting dry.
First you need rest, you need to eat healthy food, drink fruit juices. Get a good friend to give a light facial massage about twice a day. You need also to try light exercise to try to start the muscles working again, do not push yourself to hard and dont expect it to get better overnight, it will take time.
I dont know where in India you are, but if you were in South India, I would suggest that you go to see Dr Chary at St Josephs hospital who will put you on to his wonderful collegues there. Thi hospital is in Guntur A.P India.
Please do be patient and you will recover.
Good luck

I had Bels Palsy and the doctors gave me Prednisone. It didn't work. I was in really bad shape and had to wear an eye patch and drink through a straw. There was only one thing that helped and you can get it here - http://www.aert.bzsounds.com
