I have noticed a small brown mark just below my elbow,not painful or raised in the skin. Has dark specks in it approx size 4mm diameter. What could it be?

it can be a :
- age spot
- birthmark
- skin cancer spot
get it checked up just for safety's sake. and if it's nothing serious then i suggest u build a museum devoted to it and charge people 5 bucks to see it =D
