For the past few days i have had the sensation that my left ear is full of somthing. I have also been feeling dizzy and tremble alot. I went to see my doctor today and he said my ears are fine he gave me some tablets to stops me shaking and being dizzy. But i still dont understand why i have the fullness sensation what could be causing it im only 17 ???

Do you live on your cell phone?
It could be a benign (non-cancerous) tumour. Excessive cell phone use has been linked to this type of tumour. It grows deep in the ear, possibly too deep for the doc to see.
I don't know if they'd try to remove the tumour, if you do have one, but since they're rarely cancerous, they may use a more passive treatment.
It seems odd the doc would medicate a problem he hasn't properly diagnosed. If I were you, I'd get a second opinion from an ENT (ear/nose/throat) specialist.
