Anyone else out there have to eat a gluten/ dairy free diet?

Hi. I do not have to eat Dairy free, just GF. But might I suggest these sites to find otehrs who do?

Go to Yahoo Health Groups and search for "foodallergynetwork". There are many on there who do not eat gluten, dairy as well as other allergens.
Also the Yahoo Group SillyYaks has many with dairy free and GF.
